Customise the Quick Access Toolbar
The Quick Access Toolbar is a customisable toolbar that contains a set of commands that are independent of the tab that is currently displayed. This means you can add buttons that represent commands that are relevant to your organisation that are available immediately and not hidden away under several menus.
This ready access reduces training and allows users to produce documents with the minimum of fuss.
This toolbar can be customised to many hundreds of commands that are available in Microsoft Office 2010.
